Therefore, when you attempt to buy tickets online from our Site you may be redirected to a Portal Site, where a third-party operator will collect your payment card information and other Personal Information from you in order to complete certain transactions. Portal Sites may use framing techniques to make it appear that the user is still on the a Harbor Breeze Site when the user is actually on a Portal Site. For example, if you are on a page that has the look and feel of the Site, but the address listed in your browser is a different web site URL, then you should know that any information you provide is being collected by this third party and not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should carefully review the privacy policy and terms for any third party Portal Site.

Please note that Harbor Breeze does not retain any payment card information your provide to us when purchasing tickets by telephone or in-person. Harbor Breeze provides such payment card information to our Ticket Vendor at the time the purchase is made via the Ticket Vendor’s online Portal Site.

Additionally, we collect other information that you voluntarily provide through your use of the Site or our Services—for instance, you may ask us questions or provide comments to us via the contact page of our Site. When using the contact form, we will ask you to provide certain Personal Information, such as your name and email address, so that we can respond to your questions or comments. We will also collect any other information that you choose to provide to us via the contact page, including any additional Personal Information beyond your name and contact information. However, we encourage you not to provide or share any Personal Information via the contact page that you would not want to be viewed by others or otherwise be made publicly available.

A Portal Site may also provide us with the final four digits of your payment card to help verify your ticket order.

How We Respond to “Do Not Track Signals”

Our systems do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children

The Site is intended only for adults over the age of 18, and is not directed to children younger than age 18. As such, individuals under 18 may not use our Site for purposes other than general information.

We do not obtain the full payment card information from third-party operators, but may be provided with the final four digits of a payment card in order to verify a ticket sale. We are not responsible for how third-party operators collect, store, or use payment card information.

As noted above, we will collect payment card information directly from customers when purchasing tickets in person, over the phone, or via fax.

We may also process your personal information for a specific purpose that we communicate to you. For instance, to provide our newsletter and other such emails and mailings regarding information, features or offers we think you may be interested in. You may opt-out at any time – such as by following the “unsubscribe” link in our newsletter and emails – and we will stop processing of your data for that purpose.

Consent to transfer

Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through this address.
